1. Overview
Line Models is committed to providing exceptional services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by our agency.
2. Service Categories
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Talent representation and management
- Model booking services
- Portfolio development services
- Consultation services
- Event and campaign coordination
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Booking Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled service date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date: No refund
3.2 Service Non-Delivery:
If Line Models fails to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control, clients are entitled to a full refund.
3.3 Force Majeure:
In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.) that prevent service delivery, we will work with clients to reschedule services or offer credit for future services. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable once provided:
- Completed consultation sessions
- Portfolio photography sessions that have taken place
- Completed bookings and events
- Custom services that have been initiated
- Third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a written refund request to [email protected]
- Include the following information:
- Full name and contact information
- Service agreement or booking reference number
- Date of service or booking
- Detailed reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation (if applicable)
- Allow up to 14 business days for review and response
6. Refund Processing
Once a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Clients will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Services were partially delivered as agreed
- Client satisfaction issues that do not warrant a full refund
- Mutual agreement between Line Models and the client
The amount of any partial refund will be determined at the sole discretion of Line Models based on the specific circumstances.
8. Deposit and Advance Payments
Deposits and advance payments are subject to the following terms:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled services
- Unused portions of advance payments may be refunded upon request, subject to a 15% administrative fee
- Refund requests for deposits and advance payments must be made in writing
9. Service Quality Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of services provided:
- Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
- Provide specific details about the issues experienced
- Allow us the opportunity to remedy the situation
- If resolution cannot be reached, submit a formal refund request as outlined in Section 5
10. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with Line Models may result in:
- Termination of services
- Inability to use our services in the future
- Legal action to recover costs and fees
11. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment. Line Models is not responsible for any differences in refund amounts due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of payment and refund.
12. Exceptions
Line Models reserves the right to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions will be documented in writing.
13. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised.
14. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from refund requests shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
